Groupe Bertrand has secured the Itsu Master Franchise for France

Itsu currently operates 75 restaurants in England.
Its promise: “Eat beautiful”. Its menu offers “healthy” versions of Asian-inspired dishes. The 1st point of sale is expected to take place in France before the end of 2022.
