It takes the name of a wonderful garden once located in the district, an emblematic place of Parisian nights in the 19th century. The house has thirty-seven rooms, a bar, a restaurant with Chef Oma and a spa by Omnisens, designed as places to live for travelers passing through the capital but also Parisians looking for a haven of peace on time for a drink or a meal.
On April 25, we celebrated the reopening of the most famous Seafood barge in the West of Paris, Polpo, following renovation work carried out by Talissa Bachelot and Alice Calemard of Studio Adjamée. The new version of our floating restaurant is the safe alternative to the beaches of the South of France thanks to its Mediterranean-style decoration and its colorful beach. A great novelty has been added to this mythical beach of Levallois-Perret: a marina and its electric boats signed Marin d’Eau Douce, to go for a ride on the Seine. As for the cuisine, it is sharing and gluttony that are honored by Chef Yann Lesueur and his teams: tacos, nachos, lobster and oysters are to be found against a background of lapping of the Parisian river.

After a first restaurant opened in Jeddah in 2018, Maison Angelina is continuing its international development with the opening of a new establishment in the outdoor dining center Bujairi Terrace in Riyadh. Léon opens his 21st FISH BRASSERIE in Besançon in the Chateaufarine commercial area.
Our partners Cyril Sautrot & Christophe Martet, already franchisees of other Groupe Bertrand brands, took over the LÉON Fish Brasserie in Besançon in July 2022 and now operate the restaurant after transformation to the new concept.

Hippopotamus Villeneuve d’Ascq reopened its doors on August 31th, 2022 as a new concept of “French Steakhouse”. Cédric Chiron and his wife Vanessa have been franchisees of the establishment since 2009, after working in the luxury hotel industry and opening their own restaurants in Pays de Loire.

Groupe Bertrand Restauration has taken over the prestigious Parisian retailer, Maison Plisson. Founded in 2014 by Delphine Plisson in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, Maison Plisson offers more than 4,000 gourmet food products that showcase the best of French terroirs and artisanal expertise. In addition to the market-catering section, a restaurant with approximately sixty seats offers the opportunity to discover these fine products. A 2nd establishment, Petit Plisson, is located in the Jardin des Tuileries and has a 240-seat patio.
This is the weight reduction of our waste from our food and kids’ meal boxes since we replaced the boxes with recyclable paper bags that are half the weight. That’s a big deal.

On April 5th, Volfoni opened its doors in Montpellier, in the Antigone area, its 1st restaurant in the south of France.
